To use the scheduler, add or remove sessions/presentations from your personal itinerary, please do the following:
- Select “Programme” on the menu. The list of sessions will be displayed. You may schedule a session, or click on it to view the session programme and select the desired presentation(s)
- To add - click on the ‘+’ icon (it will now change to ‘–‘ )
- To remove - click on ‘–‘
- The red ‘+
’ indicates sessions/presentations which overlap with the sessions/presentations you selected to attend.
Your personal schedule is saved automatically in My WEC.
